We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days provided the item is in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging and instruction manuals.
This can be done in two different ways.
1 - Pop into store and we can get this sorted for you
or
2 - By logging into your customer account at sportsworld.co.nz & clicking the Return Items link on the product you wish to return. This will provide you with a RMA number for you to send the item/s back to us.
Refunds will be processed once goods have been received & the funds can take up to 10 working days to be back in your account.
